Friends of Orange County’s Homeless Pets

Friends of Orange County’s Homeless Pets (FOCHP) is an award winning dog rescue that saves puppies before they are euthanized, places them with foster families, then adopts them to loving homes.

FOCHP’s mission is to make homeless and unwanted pets more adoptable and provide them the opportunity to find lifelong families.

They do this through training, veterinary services, spay & neuter assistance and rescue. This program is designed to promote the adoption of shelter animals, thus reducing the number of adoptable animals that are euthanized in the shelters.
